Your APLS library card is the key to borrowing materials, requesting interlibrary loans, and utilizing APLS in-house library services. You are eligible for a free APLS card if you are:

  • are a state of Alabama employee (including law enforcement officers—police and state troopers; Alabama National Guard, and Naval Militia)
  • are a retired state of Alabama employee
  • a resident of Alabama with a print disability (served through the Alabama Regional Library for the Blind and Physically Disabled)
